Loetta passed away on June 14, 2023, in Canton.
She was born on December 13, 1926, in Athens, TX to Mary Ethel Hendley and William Edward Phillips.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husbands, Grady Lee Gandy, George Nolen Nerren; son, Timothy Earl Gandy.
Loetta is survived by her son, Gary Gandy of Canton, TX; granddaughter, Holly Allen of Athens, TX; grandson, Cody Gandy of Canton, TX; husband, Bob Summitt.
