Patricia was a homemaker for the majority of her life. Her children remember her as a wonderful mother who loved them unconditionally and cared for them with a gentle touch. Her granddaughter says she will never forget her teaching her to make coffee and watching horror movies together. Her grandsons will cherish her hugs and visiting when she could. Patricia’s siblings say she was shy, but her heart was huge. Her extended family will remember her for her sense of humor.
In her last years Patricia absolutely loved four things…Asian television, playing solitaire on her Ipad, puzzling and eating. It didn’t matter that she had to read the captions, she loved watching Asian television movies and series. She said she liked the different culture. She said playing solitaire on the Ipad made her feel tech smart. It might be 2am and her daughter would find her at the puzzle table working on their current puzzle. It didn’t matter the occasion, if there was food, Patricia had to sample it. If you were going to a restaurant, she wanted to get in the car.
