Interment will be in Haven of Memories.
Mr. Milton passed away May 31, 2015 in Kaufman. He was born February 7, 1928, in Pickton, TX to Hubert Thomas and Schley Cevera Waller Milton.
Mr. Milton was a member of the Russell United Methodist Church in Wills Point, the Wilmer Hutchins Masonic Lodge and the Shriners in Dallas. He worked for Cotton Belt Rail Road for over 30 years. Ray loved to fish, hunt, and go to the dog races. He also enjoyed raising gardens. Mr. Milton was preceded in death by his wife, Irene Milton and his parents.
Ray is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Butch and Gloria Milton; daughter, Rebecca Sanderson; four grandchildren: Julie and Justin Jackson, Kaleb Sanderson, Joshua and Kayla Milton and Katelynn Milton; 2 great-grandsons: Levi and Layton Jackson; sister, Peggy Aydelotte; and two nieces: Susan Foster and Cindy Kelly.
Visitation will be 6 to 8 pm Wednesday at the funeral home.
