Zora Sue Martin

Services for Zora Sue Martin, 76, of Canton, will be held 2 pm Sunday, November 15, 2020, at Wallace United Methodist Church with Pastor Bart Reddoch and Jeremy Brewer officiating under the direction of Eubank Funeral Home.

Mrs. Martin passed away November 10, 2020 in Canton. She was born January 20, 1944 in Canton to John Junior and Mary Jim Guess Leach.

Sue grew up in the Wallace Community and was a lifelong member of Wallace United Methodist Church. She was a chief deputy with the Henderson County Clerk's Office for many years. Sue enjoyed embroidery, reading, volleyball, and spoiling her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She loved spending time with her sisters when they went on their flower garden adventures.

Mrs. Martin is preceded in death by her parents, John and Mary Jim Leach, and a brother-in-law, John Ragsdale. Sue is survived by her husband of 35 years, Justin Martin of Canton; three daughters: Mary Susan Cochran of Birmingham, Alabama, Lisa Kaye and Craig Everitt of Canton, and Amy Renee Brown of Canton; son, Matthew Justin and Charlene Martin of Granbury, TX; eight grandchildren: Mason Cochran, Katie Fornwalt, Ashley Baldwin, Amanda Richardson, Emily Everitt, Kaylie Brown, Dylan Brown, and Asa Martin; four great-grandchildren: Brianna, Gracie, Madilynn and Heath; three sisters: Barbara and Larry Brock of Canton, Rita Ragsdale of Canton, and Robin and Danny Westmoreland of Canton; numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Pallbearers will be Mason Cochran, Dylan Brown, Craig Everitt, Billy Scroggins, John Brock, Jeff Brock and Josh Baldwin. Honorary pallbearers will be Larry Brock, Danny Westmoreland and Rickey Martin.

Family will receive friends 6-8 pm Saturday at the funeral home. For the safety of family and friends, masks are required and social distancing should be observed. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Wallace UMC. P.O. Box 174, Canton 75103.
