Andrew Osbourn Parnell nickname “Jubby” was born in Galway District Manchester, Jamaica on the 30th of June in the year 1948 to Harry and Amy Parnell. He was the fourth of Eight wonderful and loving children.
On July 31, 2020 he died peacefully with his family at his bed side.
His parents Harry and Amy, sisters Olive and Alda preceded him in death. Andrew is survived by his wife Merdeline, Daughter Karen and Matcham and husband Danny, Sons Trey, Lloyd & wife Charmaine, Radcliffe & Collymore& wife Stacy. 9 Grandchildren, 8 Great grandchildren, Brothers: James, Emrick & Willie. Sisters: Pauline and Annie. Host of nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
Funeral Services will be held Sunday August 16, 2020 at 11:00 AM at Cape Coral Seventh-day Adventist Church, 1813 El Dorado Pkwy W. Cape Coral, Fl. 33914. Burial to follow at Coral Ridge Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10:00 - 11:00 AM at the church.
