Barbara Ann Piskorz

Barbara is survived by her children Robert, Chris, Rick, Kathleen, Harold, Teresa, Mark, numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. As well as her sister, brothers, many nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

Barbara was born in Ishpeming, Michigan on June 16, 1937. She graduated from Negaunee High School and then moved to Detroit. While in Detroit she started working for the Edison Electric Company, went on to get her real estate license, and to start a family. She loved being a mother and devout Catholic. Throughout her life she was the invisible string that held and connected family together. Whether it was an ear to hear your secrets, a home to seek refuge, or just a hug to make all your troubles melt away she was there with open arms and heart. She was dedicated to her faith and the Catholic Church. She enjoyed seeing and traveling the world, including a trip to the Holy Land with her sister.

Barbara was preceded in death by her husband John, her parents Paul and Delsie, her brothers Paul, Donald and John.

Barbara will be remembered for her unwavering love and commitment to her faith, family, and friends. The devotion and love she exuded can be seen in all the lives she touched.

A visitation will be held at Coral Ridge Funeral Home, located at 950 Chiquita Blvd. S, Cape Coral, FL 33991, on Thursday, December 4th from 4 to 6pm.

The Funeral Mass will take place at St. Andrews Church, 2628 Del Prado Blvd S, Cape Coral, FL 33904, on Friday, December 5th at 10:45 am, followed by a celebration of her life luncheon at Mid Point Bingo, 2411 Del Prado Blvd S, Cape Coral, FL 33990.

Inurnment is scheduled for Friday, December 12th at 3pm, at Coral Ridge Cemetery, 950 Chiquita Blvd S, Cape Coral, FL 33991.
