Charles Kenneth Chapman, 59, passed away Tuesday, January 26, 2016 at his home in Cape Coral, FL. Born in Birmingham, AL, Charles lived in SC, GA, and IL. He was employed by Lee Memorial Health Systems for the past 30 years after moving to Cape Coral from Chicago in 1980.
He was known for his sense of humor, smiling face and friendly manner.
Charlie is survived by his loving wife Gail; mother Betty Nearing, both of Cape Coral; brother Clifton Chapman of AL; sister Susie Chapman of MO; brother John Chapman of TX; stepchildren Adrian Pettit, Damian Pettit, Nathan Pettit, Amber Justice; and 9 grandchildren.
Charlie will be deeply missed by his family, friends and co-workers.
