

He had 3 brothers and 3 sisters. He was preceded in death by 2 brothers. Presently in the United States are his sisters, Gloria, Hetel, and Teresa; plus his brother Nathan.
Cleveland was educated in Jamaica and worked with Humming Bus Co. for many years.
He met a very special lady in Jamaica, and he married Ms. T. in September 1951. They had 3 children: 2 sons, Medrano (Tony) and Pedro; plus one daughter, Heather (James Howard).
Cleveland accepted Jesus as his Lord and Savior while in Jamaica and was actively involved in the church ministry, especially singing in the choir which was his PASSION!
The family moved to New York in 1965. There he worked for Paramount Picture Entertainment Corp. for 20 years, in carpentry and maintenance.
After retirement, he moved the family to Cape Coral, attended Cape Coral Assembly of God and worked with Pastor Nichols at “Growing Grounds” as a gardener. He always continued in the ministry of praising the Lord through the choir.
Later he helped his son-in-law James Howard with his lawncare business and joined the choir at his new church Lighthouse Fellowship.
Cleveland was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s Disease in 2009 and his condition deteriorated over the next 6 years. He enjoyed attending Sunrise Adult Care Center and Loving Heart Care Center for day activities and medical supervision. His homecoming was at 3:00 am on Monday, January 4th.
