Miss Darlene was a kind loving lady. She loved the Lord and was always there when you needed her. She kept in touch over the years and didn’t give up on anyone including herself. She listened with an open ear and always replied with “is that right”

Darlene worked for my superintendent in Cape Coral.  I just now found out she had died.  Darlene was the most wonderful employee as she was such a loving person.  She was always happy and always giving.  Both my husband and I just loved her.  She is missed.

It’s been almost a year since you went with Jesus. Still miss you and would love to just talk and see how your doing. Say hi to my dad up there. Dance a song for me with the symphony you are listening to. I love you! 

I'm so sorry to hear of Darlene passing.  She helped me in so many ways after my son was murdered.  She will be greatly missed.  Hugs hugs and more hugs.

Darlene was my fathers sister, my aunt.  May she rest in peace with her husband and son.

Darlene was an angel on this Earth whose light shone brightly.  I've not met anyone more godly. She loved everyone and loved to share God's love.  She gave so much to so many and went out of her way to make everyone feel special in both big and small ways. She was there for you when you needed it, although a bit stubborn when you tried to reciprocate.    She was a true friend and a blessing and I will cherish her always.  I am a better person for having had her in my life and part of my family.  It won't be the same without her.  Until we meet again my sweet friend.  All God's love and mine too.

Today I will have my last goodbye until we meet again to a sister friend of 20 years. She touched my life in countless ways and brought me through some difficult times with her ministry of love. Eternal memory my dear friend Darlene. You will be missed and I thank you for the marvelous legacy you have given to us.  


There are so many good memories I have of my time with Darlene.  We had many good talks and a lot of laughs. We use to have  what we called girls night out. One of those nights  there were 4 of us that went. Always eating out first, then Darlene had heard about a craft place having a sale. So of course we had to check it out. When  we got there she found some tiny little painted wood pieces she could put in her cards . ( anyone got a card from Darlene had to be careful opening  it, cause she always had lots of special love she put in it ) So the 4 of us Dug through thousands of these little things . So we picked out all the ones Darlene wanted, I would say we were there picking them out  for an hour. She got up to the counter the young man said how many you got , she said oh ,we didn't count them. So Darlene stood up at the counter and counted every one of these little things. There was way over a hundred. We all laughed all the way home about Darlene 's little special things to put in her cards. I still have  the ones she put in my cards they are very special to me. I love you and miss you my friend❤ 

Coming to Florida won’t be the same without hearing your laugh and smiling sweet face my friend

I am sorry to hear of Darlene passing but happy because now she can spend the rest of eternity with Jesus and JC.  Her two favorite men.  She was the  most patient, kindhearted, and lovable person.  I had the pleasure of working with her for many years.  I was called by my nickname "Dee" since there was Darlene Sullivan (imagine that) and it would be very confusing with two Darlene's.  She was a shining beacon and would draw people into her light.  There is another angel above watching over us.  May you rest in peace, Darlene.

Wow what can I say about this precious angel that people don't already know.  You were my rock and my anchor throughout my life   you made me laugh when I could only cry.  You knew just what to say to make me smile.  Mom my heart will have a large whole that only you could fill.  I will miss u  already.  She was my yatzee player.  Miss those day.  Rest in peace


I am saddened to hear of Darlene's passing.  She opened the back door of the office on Boyscout Rd on Nov. 12, 1990 on my first day with State Farm.  She always had a smile on her face and a kind word for me each time I saw her.  Rest in peace sweet lady!
