Darryl E. Vickers

On October 20, 2017, Darryl lost a lengthy and hard-fought battle to cancer. He applied the same "Grip-it-and-Rip-it" approach of his favorite game of golf to everything he did. He applied this philosophy to life, work, loyalty to friends and family. He was intensely loyal to all who supported him, ESPECIALLY to his wife of nearly 25 years, Rhonda.

Darryl was preceded in death by his Mother Charlotte, Father James Harley, Brother-in-law Rodney Williams and Sister Carla Vickers.

Darryl is survived by his loving wife Rhonda, brother James Steven - wife Teri - daughter Shannon Vickers, son Ryan Vickers, brother Wallace Dean - daughter Shelly Vickers, all living in the Ft. Myers Area...daughter and son-in-law Cheyenne and Nathan Lehr their sons Isaac and Alex, of Columbia Missouri and Son Tyler Vickers of Los Angeles California, stepson Gabriel Purscell of Orlando, Gabe's children Jacob, Jamie, Josh step daughter Brittany Purscell of Jacksonville. Granny (Ethel Williams) Dunn and HF Dunn of Ozark, MO and Bradley and Ann Williams of Fargo, ND.
