

James Vincent Naso, 40 of Labelle, Florida passed away on Thursday, July 28, 2016. He was born on February 8, 1976 in Long Island, New York to Joseph Naso and Linda (nee: Deranzio) Naso. He was a Veteran of the United States Army serving as a Military Police Officer. He was a Volunteer Firefighter in West Hempstead, NY and then for Glades County Fire Department. He worked as a Corrections Officer and then as a Deputy Sheriff for Collier County Sheriff’s Office. James is a current Deputy Sheriff for Glades County Sherriff’s Office.
He is survived by his loving family including his fiancé of 9 years, Kristian Harris; three children, Jaylynn Wiggins, Logan Kuprian, Brielle Jade Naso; mother, Linda Naso-Rivera(Gilbert); three brothers, Steve Naso, Mark Naso, Joseph (Kelli) Naso; sister, Tina (Rick) Shepherd; nieces and nephews, Tiffany Naso, Joseph Naso, Anthony Naso, Kaylin Shepherd, Hank Shepherd; and his brothers and sisters in the Law Enforcement community. He is preceded in death by his father, Joseph who passed away in 2009.
Funeral Services will be at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, August 2nd at Coral Ridge Funeral Home, 1630 SW Pine Island Road, Cape Coral, with visitation beginning at 12 noon. Entombment with Honors provided by the United States Army and the Sheriff’s Department will immediately follow the funeral service.
