Jean Turner was an active member of Our Lady of Miraculous Catholic Church on Pine Island in Florida for 30 years where she taught Sunday School, sang in the choir, worked as a clergy member and activities director. Jean also gave many volunteer hours to the American Legion, VFW, and Pine Island Moose Lodge.
Jean is survived by her first husband, Roy Reisenweaver Jr.; four children, Steven Reisenweaver, Roy Allen Reisenweaver, Sandra Lolly, and Heather Turner; 13 grandchildren, Rubie Costa, Sandra George, Ronnie Lolly, Dylan Lolly, Kayla Talamo, Lyric Hardek, Jason Hardek, Stefanie Donges, Paul Reisenweaver, Steve Reisenweaver, Tina Chiaradonna, Jaqueline Morgey, Earl Rode and eleven greatgrandchildren.
Jean is preceded in death by her parents George and Anna Kelley; beloved husband William R. Turner; oldest daughter Jean Marie Rode and grandson Michael J. Reisenweaver.
A Celebration of Life ceremony will be held at the VFW of Pine Island on May 25th at 12:00 noon. A memorial service will be held at Our Lady of Miraculous Medal Church when confirmed with the family.
