This is just to express my great disappointment to learn that Joe had passed away 10 months ago.  Joe was an admirable and good American man, and a real pro at work.  

I respected and appreciated his demeanor at work, and shocked to learn he passed so young.  

May God bless the entire Billias family, with most special wishes for the well being of young Joe.

I sat here for the past few days thinking about what to write, so much comes to mind when it comes to the greatest person that has ever touched my heart. You & I were inseparable since the moment we first met. If you weren’t there , I wasn’t either. We did everything together. We hyped eachother up & kept eachothers confidence to the fullest like besties do! I miss you everyday Joe.. every single day. Breaks my heart so much how much life you still had in you. The sudden passing is still very hard to grasp. I have never met someone who fulfilled every bestie need. My favorite memory has to be filling your dishwasher with floor soap and you yelling at me “ it’s not a TIDE POD” 🤣 then proceeded to show me how to do my laundry since you were nervous about that lol. I’m gunna miss your Boston voice, and how passionate you spoke when you cared. I’m gunna miss my “big brother” feeling of security with you. I’m gunna miss you asking me “ how do I look” I will forever hold onto our shared memories & I will always make sure even when your not here to take care of you. I got you like you got me ❤️ Shine over me with your bright spirit & know that I miss & love you so much!!! I’ll see you again soon bestie 🎧🏋🏻🏍❤️

Wow... this is still taking some time to sink in. You had my back when a lot of others didn't. You stood by my side and that will never be forgotten. You were truly one of those guys that no one ever had to wonder what you were thinking because they were going to hear the words in a matter of seconds. You will be missed my brother. KUTF!!!

There are not enough words to right down what   Joey ment to me and my family. He was my best friend. My lover, my Counselor, my go to, my everyday, my light at the end of every darkness. My life was him, I never thought I’d have to go through it without him. You found a broken soul and you made it shine again. The emptiness I will forever feel,  now that your gone will never be filled again. I am lucky enough to call him the love of my life.  I will Cherish every memory we made together that, so many seen and the family And friends of his, I was so blessed To get to know in the years, I was apart of his life.
Above everything he was a amazing father, friend, and even stranger. There was nothing or  no one,  that in some way he didn’t have an impact on. The respect I have for the man, I got to know and see him live up too, will last a lifetime. I will Miss you every second of every day. I know in my heart what your last words were to me and mine to you. I’ll never forget them, or I was there to hold your hand. My love will never die for you, the spot you captured in my heart will be there forever, I’ll never be the same person without you.

I was lucky enough to be able to call Joe my big cuz. What I’ll remember most about him is his laugh, wit, sense of humor & kindness. It was the love of his family, especially his children Joe Jr. & Athena, that made him the incredible, loving soul that we all will miss everyday. I am so sorry for your loss. Joe was my Army brother and I am absolutely in shock. We kept in contact via facebook over the years. He was a great man that made his mark on many throughout the world. I can not express what his friendship meant to me over the many years. This is a huge loss. My prayers to the entire family.
