Paul Lan Tin Chang, 71 of Cape Coral, FL passed away on Wednesday, October 26, 2011. He was born on July 24, 1940 in Jiangsu, China to Chang Zee Yu and Chang Chen Lan Jien. He was the proud owner and great chef of several Chinese Restaurants in Dallas Texas and moved to Cape Coral in 2002.
Paul is survived by his loving family including his children, Alex and Sheryl Chang of Cape Coral, Lucy Chang and Thomas Lorinczi of Auckland, New Zealand, Johnny and Katie Chang of Dallas, Texas; and his grandchildren, Ethan, Nicole, Hailey and Averly
Paul was preceded in death by his beloved wife and mother of his three children, Teresa Meiling Chang in 2004.
