Tressa Danielle Gaines

Tressa Danielle Gaines, 27, of Cape Coral, FL passed away on Monday, September 9, 2013. She was born on May 7, 1986 in Buffalo, New York. Tressa attended Cypress Lake High School and was a graduate of Belz Academy. She enjoyed; horseback riding, arts and crafts, animals, bowling, swimming, walking her dogs. She was last employed as a Boarding Pass Agent at Fort Myers Airport and at Gulf Coast Humane Society.

Tressa is survived by her loving family including her parents, Barbara Mary Gaines and John “Doug” Gaines; sisters, Erin Crawley and Crystal Gaines; grandmother, Grace Gaines; aunts, Kathy (Dan) Harrigan, and Debbie Pirinelli; uncles, Roger Gaines and Rick Gaines; animal companions, “Little Bear”, “Scrapper” and “Winky”. Tressa is preceded in death by her grandfather, John Gaines; grandparents, Leo and Marie Ackroyd; and her dog, “Sampson”. She was the most loving daughter to her parents and family.

Visitation will be from 9:30 to 11:30 am on Tuesday. September 17th at Coral Ridge Funeral Home, 1630 SW Pine Island Rd., Cape Coral. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 12 Noon on Tuesday at St. Katharine Drexel Catholic Church, 1922 SW 20th Ave., Cape Coral. Burial will follow at Coral Ridge Cemetery.
