Wayne Lee Mogavero

Dr. Wayne Mogavero, our devoted and loving father is a hero and a role model to his four children. He taught them love and compassion not only toward our fellow humans but to animals as well. Nobody had a childhood like we did and nobody had the amount of pets that we have. A different version of love is learned through animals and creates a deeper sense of compassion for those around us. The lessons we learned from our father will be applied to every interaction we have throughout the rest of our lives.

Our Dad was the owner, lead doctor, and creator of Tails-A-Waggin Animal Hospital and Pet Resort. After his 7-month-long struggle with lymphoma, he passed away on November 4th, 2014. Known for his excellent work both with clients and in the surgery room, he will be missed by many. The amount of people whose lives he has reached truly shows at this time, and we are all in complete shock about experiencing such a sudden and heavy loss.

Although such an amazing man is no longer with us, we all continue to be strong and continue the excellent care his Tails-A-Waggin Animal Hospital and Pet Resort is known for.

We would like to thank everyone close to our father and the many others from the veterinary community who have assisted us throughout the years. Thank you for those continuing to stand by us and reaching out to us during this extremely difficult time.
