Missing you everyday grandma hope I'm making you proud.  I love you 

When Karin married my brother she was younger in years but brought intelligence, style and common sense to the table.  Bob thought the world of her and rightly so as she made him a lovely and a loving homelife. She did all this inspite of those health issues..no excuses.  I am proud to have known Karin and though sad about her early departure, am happy to know she is now in God's hands.

Grandma Karin was always so goofy and beautiful and so smart, I remember going to the store with her when I was visiting for the summer in 4th grade, she told me before going in “if there is anyone beside me or behind me let me know” I said “okay no problem” not knowing why she said that, we get shopping, and I picked up my favorite cereal and shouted “Hey grandma can I get Apple Jacks” she turns around and I was thinking oh no, oh no there was a little girl besides her and bam! she accidentally elbowed the little girl, she was so embarrassed but laughed and explained why, then walking out she did it again I laughed this time I finally figured out why she told me to tell her, and I remember we got home and she showed me her glass eye I thought it was so cool, I even wanted on too lol, shopping with her was always full of surprises, I’m sure gonna miss it, I’ll forever carry her in my heart❣️

   Karin is one of two cousins I have in the USA.  We were always very close and  we grew up like sisters.  When school got out, Karin would spend her summers at my house. We never thought it was odd that we shared a twin bed or did household chores together. Karin was part of my family.
   Karin was a big influence in my life, she definitely took me under her wing and helped me overcome my shyness.  She dragged me to church youth events knowing I would never go without her.  She made sure I stayed grounded in the faith when my family fell away for a period of time. 
   We disagreed sometimes as sisters do; somehow Karin always prevailed, likely for my own good. As we got older, we started  breaking some “rules”. We often reminisced about all the silly stuff we did and how blessed we were that we never got hurt. We were clearly very naïve about life. Those years of hanging out led to the BEST laughs we had as adults, laughing so much we cried. 
   Karin has always been my inspiration, even when my own life had health challenges, I felt like I couldn’t complain because her struggles periled over mine.  Karin never left my side, she called, texted, sent cards of encouragement and gave me “words of wisdom” as someone who could understand what I was going through. 
   I will miss our calls, texts and even random packages of things she loved and wanted me to try.  I am so BLESSED to have had Karin in my life. 
   I would be remiss if Bob isn’t a part of our story.  You are my HERO for taking such good care of Karin. May God bless you for all that you did, it didn’t go unnoticed. 
   To Harold, Karen, Lisa, Chris, her NAC family and the many neighbors and friends, Karin LOVED you. She spoke fondly of everyone and I know how important you were to her and how you helped fill in the gaps. 
   To my Dearest cousin Karin, I LOVE YOU, I miss you, and I will NEVER forget the impact you had on my life.  You are finally Home.

I have been friends with Karin since we were both 13 years old. So many memories and experiences we lived through together.
Karin and I were sisters in the truest form, the only thing we didn’t share was blood. She has shared my life through marriage and children and grandchildren; my kids called her aunt Karin and Bob is still uncle Bob! God Blessed her through the many trials that she had lived through and she always bounced back.
Bob has been her rock with his love and support through everything.
I am beyond thankful  that she made such wonderful friends in Carmel, she spoke of everyone so highly.
I will always remember our weekly phone calls and will miss not being able to share my life with her.
May God Bless Bob, Harold and Karen and her many loved ones that she left behind.

Karin and Bob were a dynamic duo of Heroes like none other!  Karin was a Fighter of  powering through just about every medical debacle on earth and Bob was her Hero of providing love, support, countless hours of bedside hospital stays and visits  and everything else anyone could ever think of!  We will always marvel at Karin's unshakable faith through all these decades of illness and hospitalization and will be forever thankful for her New Apostolic Church brothers and sisters that always kept her wrapped tightly in their blanket of loving warmth,  care and prayers.
Also, to all the neighbors and friends that gave their unconditional love and support and continue to do so through this trying time, THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts!  We truly believe that Karin's longevity is due to the love and support from all of you! May God Bless you all and keep you in his care!

I was blessed to have known Karin for 20 years. We met at the pool and developed a strong friendship. Her strength and positive spirit will live on through the many lives she influenced.  May God welcome her soul and renew her spirit. I'm sure her beloved Duncan and her other kitties were there to greet her. Prayers for Bob, Morty, Jake and her many friends. She will not be forgotten!

Karin will be dearly missed by those of us that knew her! I always appreciated how Karin spoke her truth. She said what she meant, and meant what she said, I always appreciated that about her. May she rest in peace in heaven.  I am sending my sincere condolences to Bob, her brother and her many friends!
