James Wheeler "Spike" Eoff, 73, of Carrollton, Texas, passed away April 24, 2015, at his home in Carrollton. James was born May 27, 1941, in Springfield, Missouri. He was the son of James Berton Eoff and Ruth Anne Wheeler Eoff. He is survived by his brother, Danny Eoff and his children, James Berton Eoff & Catherine Elizabeth Godfrey.
