Our dear Sister Jessie was always cheerful and always faithful to our LORD. She is greatly missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family during this difficult time of loss.

Aunt Jessie was a unique and tender woman. My wife and I had the chance to visit with her when we were living in Texas several years ago - and are so thankful that we did.

Towards the end of our trip, we took Aunt Jessie to a Mexican restaurant for lunch where she proceeded to out-eat us both. We will always treasure the time we were able to share, and send our condolences to the family.

It's impossible to sum up my relationship with my sister Jessie in just a few words -- to express the love and respect I felt for her. I will just say that Jessie was a loving and kind person that everyone loved. She was my big sister, present at my birth, taking me to her home in Texas (with nephew Don) for a summer visit when I was a youngster, and even hiking around the old home place with us when she was in her 80s! I will miss her very much.
