Margaret (Omie) Rose Harrison was born March 12, 1920 in Godley Texas. God called her home on March 3, 2012 where she will once again be reunited with her husband, W.T. Harrison, her daughter Margaret Anne Hester and her son-in-law Reagan Hester.
Margaret was retired from Sun Oil Company and was an original member of Wynwood Baptist Church. Margaret enjoyed family game nights, crossword puzzles and beating “Ole Sol” on the computer. We will miss her dignity, her advice, her selflessness and her style very much. Margaret was successful in all her endeavors and added so much joy to all who knew her. She will be sorely missed but we take comfort in our faith that she is with God and all the family that went before. “There is no pain in heaven, only joy and wonderment.”
Margaret is survived by two grandchildren, David Reagan Hester and wife Karen, and Cynthia Anne Horton and her husband, Beau, three great grandchildren Jason Lee Horton, Anthony Reagan Hester and Andrew Joel Hester, seven great-great grandchildren Sammantha Horton, Raegan and Riley Horton, Topanga Hester, Destiny, Mason and Shelby Hester and one great-great-great grandson, Allen Horton.
Visitation will be Tuesday, March 6 from 6-8 p.m. at Rhoton Funeral Home. Margarets funeral service will be held at Rhoton Funeral Home Wednesday, March 7 at 2 p.m.
Interment will be next to W.T. at Restland Cemetery, 13005 Greenville Ave at Restland Rd., Dallas, Tx 75382 following the funeral service
Arrangements under the direction of Rhoton Funeral Home, Carrollton, TX.
