Mary Louise (Lou) Penney, born November 3, 1923, Colby, Wisconsin to Henry and Ethel Will, died October 31,2013. She was preceded in death by her husband Robert Rayburn (Ray) Penney in 1994. She is survived by two daughters, Judy Orr and Susan Romaine, eight grandchildren, and four great grandchildren. Interment will be in Falls Chapel Cemetery in Falls Chapel, Arkansas. Memorial Service will be held at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, 4000 Midway Rd. Carrollton, at 11 AM, Saturday, November 2, 2013.
