Melinda McCarley

Born to James Art McCarley and Nolagene Schimelpfenig in Commerce, Tx on November 2, 1958.

She graduated from Greenville High School in 1977 and went on to attain a Business Degree at East Texas State University.

Melinda married Thomas Marcom in 1997. He passed away in 2009.

She then met Richard (Ricky) Maxwell, whom she dearly loved and after 7 years together, they wed on June 22, 2024.

Melinda had many great and lifelong friends, loved her family and cherished her pets.

She is preceded in death by her parents and late husband, Tommy.

She is survived by husband, Ricky Maxwell and brother Mark McCarley and wife, Donna Marks.

As well as stepsons John Maxwell and wife Patty, and Matt Maxwell and wife Stephanie and step grandchildren Hallie, Abby, Peyton, and Chestin.

A memorial service will be held at Rhoton Funeral Home in Carrollton, Texas on August 10, 2024 at 2:00pm.

A brief reception will follow.
