She was a Carrollton resident all her life and graduated from Carrollton High School. Patsy married W.C. Williams on November 4, 1956 and the two were married for 66 years.
She had a passion for reading with her favorite author being Steven King. She also enjoyed crafting and creating beautiful oil paintings. Her proudest accomplishment was being a mother to her two boys.
She is survived by her husband, W.C. Williams, and sons, Steven Wayne Williams and Roger Kevin Williams.
A visitation will be held on Friday, April 14, 2023 from 10:30am – 11:30am at Rhoton Funeral Home 1511 South I-35E Carrollton, Tx 75006. The funeral service will begin after the visitation followed by a committal service at Hilltop Memorial Park located at 1810 N. Perry Rd. Carrollton, Tx 75006.
