I had the greatest pleasure of meeting Jackie while she was in Utah with Kristy attending a Utah UTES Football game. She was definitely Kristy’s best friend and now I know why Kristy is so beautiful! Her mom was gorgeous too! What a fun day. Kristy also invited me to join her and her mom for lunch, we laughed so hard as Jackie told stories about Kristy’s childhood. I see why Kristy is so much fun to be around considering her wonderful childhood in CA and Reno. 

Kristy, I know you lost your very best friend and are devastated but you will be with your mommy again when it’s time so please smile and think of all the good times as your mom would want you to do. 

I love you dearly Kristy, my beautiful friend. Rest in pease Miss Jackie.

My heart goes out to the entire Forbes/Oliszczaki family.  I got the opportunity to meet Jackie at a University of Utah football game when she and Kristy's dad were in Salt Lake City for a football game.  What a wonderful human being and family.  Beautiful lady.

Kristy/Peter and family, my heart goes out to all of you, you're in my prayers and your mom/wife/grammy is in Heaven.

I got to know Jackie from her daughter, Kristy and son in law Peter.  She was a wonderful mother, wife, grammy and friend.  I'll never forget her wonderful cooking.  she loved her family dearly.  She will be missed by all that knew her and I am so fortunate that I had the opportunity to meet her, have lunch with her and Kristy.  I could always see the love and laughter in her eyes when she spoke about her children Keith, Kristy and Shari and her wonderful husband, Butch and of course, those grandchildren.
You will be missed dearly.  Rest in Peace and your family will see you again.  Until then, keep everyone in line in Heaven and keep that beautiful smile!!!!
