Brian and all of the family I am so saddened to learn of Angie‘s passing. I am also torn in my spirit to learn of Angie’s struggle and also of Brian‘s struggle as well. Brian I know your loss is great. I also know that a soulmate cannot be replaced. Grasp tightly the joys and memories that now bind you together. Bind them fast in your heart. They will serve you well. My heart goes out to all of you. I wish you well. I wish you peace. I wish you joy. With loving regard, Randy

Angela was such a joy to us at Eastside Elementary School.❤️
My pre-k students enjoyed all the stories read and fun activities that she put in place for them. She was great at using her creativity to bring things together for the students and staff. I will always remember her telling me to eat a sandwich , when I would complain about it being so cold in the library.😂

I knew Angie from Reinhardt College, Camp Glisson and UWG. The thing I remember most was her laugh and how she made those around her laugh. My heart goes out to her parents, Brian and her sister & her family and my thoughts are of her and you today. Godspeed, “Mangie” and may a thousand angels sing the sweetly to thy rest.

JACK & JOYCE GALLOWAY...also all the families. I was so very sad when I read that precious young lady had passed. I personally didn’t know her, but knowing her parents, I could see in her sweet smile she was beautiful inside and out. I haven’t seen her parents in a few years but I never forgot them. All of you are in my prayers. May God Bless you all 🙏🏼🙏🏼

I graduated Cedartown High School in 2010. At the time Mrs. Griffin worked at the school library. She always motivated me to read and encouraged my poetry writing. She was a wonderful and lovely woman who enriched my life.

I would never say that I was picked on in High School, but I was definitely a shy odd-ball. Mr. Griffin gave me a quiet and safe place during class breaks or lunch. The library was always my safe haven and I knew Mr. Griffin always welcomed me and other odd-ball students.

She inspired me to continue reading and was my main motivator in furthering my education. I will never forget her nor all that she's done for me.

Angela and I were in the PSD Media Specialist group before she retired. She knew her job and did it to the fullest extent every day. I pray that you find comfort and peace in the sad days to come.

My hearts always warms at the memory of Angie welcoming me to my “new school” with open arms, open heart, and a hearty laugh. It was a new move, a new small town job and I didn’t know anyone. She made me feel at home immediately and helped me settle in. She saved some of the best novels for me to read to maintain my sanity and Hubs and I loved our trivia nights where we could experience the matching brilliance of wits between Angie and her husband Brian. She will live forever in our hearts.
