Esther S. Robinson-Reed

Mrs. Reed was born December 1, 1919 in Polk County, the daughter of the late, John and Clara Statham. She worked at Rich’s Department Store in Atlanta for many years, she lived on Allatoona Lake several years and was a member of Faith Presbyterian Church in Seminole, Florida.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her first husband, Bill Robinson and two sisters, Virginia Lacey and Edna Milam.

Surviving is her husband, Clifford C. Reed of Medeira Beach, Florida, her step son and his wife, Richard L. and Janice Reed of Pennsylvania, step grandson, Derek Reed, nephews, Kenneth Lacey of Fairmount, Georgia, John Hackney of North Carolina and a number of great nieces and nephews also survive.

Graveside services will be held Wednesday, August 3, 2011 at 11:00 A.M. in Westview Cemetery in Atlanta, Georgia with Rev. Johnny Hackney officiating.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday evening from 4:00-6:00 p.m.
