Melanie was born July 19, 1972 in Cobb County, Georgia, daughter of the late Eugene and Sharon Hyatte.
Survivors include a son, Dustin Lewis; sister, Amy Hester; aunts, Sue Howard and Sandra Mullinax; a nice, Summer Faber also survive.
Graveside services will be conducted Monday, October 15th at 2:00 P.M. at Oak Hill Cemetery with Rev. Keith Willard officiating. Interment will follow.
The family will receive friends Monday from 12:30 P.M. to 1:30 P.M. at Owen Funeral Home.
