Surviving is his wife, Samantha Hayes of Acworth, children Tristan Andrew Hayes, Kayden Chance Hayes and Elliot Wayne Hayes, his parents, Doug Hayes of Florida, his mother and step father, Patti and Carey Camp of Marietta, a brother, Wayne Hayes and a sister, Amanda Burroughs both of Acworth and nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held Thursday August 4th, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. at Milford Church of God in Austell with Pastor David Camp, Pastor Jerry Black and Pastor Grant Cole officiating.
The Family will receive friends at the church fellowship hall following the service.
