Pamela Joy Danielly-Wade

Pamela “Joy’ Danielly Wade, 62, of Cartersville, GA, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, October 14, 2020. Joy was born to the late Mr. James Danielly and Mrs. Hazel Kelly in Atlanta, GA on May 6, 1958. Joy is preceded in death by her parents. Joy is survived by her loving husband of 26 years, Steve Wade; her children Matthew (Teri) Smith and Andrew (Rachael) Smith; stepchildren Nicholas (Shea) Wade and Natalie (Chris)Taylor; Sister Julie (Keith) Brideau; stepfather, Hulett Kelly; stepmother, Carolyn Ford; stepsisters, Stacy Alexander and Jennifer Alexander, Denise (Eska) Pace; stepbrother, Jimmy Kelly; 10 grandchildren, Aaron and Chloe Smith, Riley, Wyatt, and Piper Smith, River, Avery, and Willow Wade, Jackson and Tatum Taylor; nieces and nephews; Ryan (Anna) Brideau, Rachel Brideau, and Reese Brideau. Joy was a retired administrative assistant. Joy grew up attending Sam Jones Memorial United Methodist Church and was a current member of Trinity at The Well. She graduated from Cartersville High School as a member of the Class of 1976. Joy’s greatest joy was being Nana to her 10 grandchildren. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her. A Graveside Service will be conducted at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, October 20, 2020, at Oak Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Live2540/Orphan Aid Liberia. Julie and family , I’m so sorry to hear of Joy passing. She always had a kind word and just a pleasant way about her. She was someone that was easy to be yourself and talk with . Joy was one of the first friends I had when moving to Cartersville many years ago. She opened her arms in friendship and we had many great fun times together with our boys. Rest high on that mountain dear Joy. Praying for your family.

There are so many memories from church and school. I have known Joy practically all my life. We went our separate ways after high school, but she will always be a special part of my life.
