Roland is going to be missed. I've known him most of my life. He and his family lived next door to my grandparents [Tom and Ruby Vance] when I was growing up, and he was my 2nd cousin. I remember going to Church at Center Baptist when I was little and hearing him preach. I always loved running into him and hearing one of his stories. His face would just light up when he talked about the Lord. The last time I saw him in town, he talked about all the places he had gotten to go to and the good life God had given him, and how he was ready to go Home. And now he's there. I'm sure they are having a big Lee family reunion in Heaven right now!

Preacher Lee is the one who invited me to come to Center Baptist Church and play the piano. I could only play 3 gospel songs. He said they would sing those three until I learned some more. Thanks to God and him I'm still playing today. I thank God for the influnce he was in my life. Always loved this family.
