He was born on December 20, 1951 in Miami, Florida, to the late Gwyndolyn Ann Malchinoff and the late Claude Francis Weber, Steven authored a book of poetry in his younger years that he was very proud of. He was in the Art Industry as a Purveyor for a private collector exclusively. He was a motorcycle enthusiast and enjoyed watching the races every chance he got – his favorite were the TT Races that take place in isles of Man. He had a passion for art & loved sharing his knowledge.
Steven was the beloved husband of the late Eunice Raphael Weber. He is survived by his daughter, Erin Lazaro; sister, Claudia Weber; grandchildren, Ethan & Ean Lazaro; and longtime family friend, David Ottmar. He also leaves behind his faithful dog, Xena.
