William Lambert

Mr. William "Billy" Lambert, 73, of Cartersville, GA passed away on Thursday, November 21, 2019 surrounded by his loving family. Billy was born in Cartersville, GA on April 12, 1946 to the late Mr. Howard Lambert and Mrs. Minnie Adams Lambert.

Billy was an avid Georgia Bulldogs and Purple Hurricanes fan. He worked for many years as a department supervisor for Goodyear. He was past Master of Masonic Lodge 63 in Cartersville and served as Past Worthy Patron of Cartersville chapter of The Order of the Eastern Star.

He is preceded in death by his parents, wife, Mary Register Lambert, and sister, Jeanette Lambert.

Billy is survived by his two sons; Billy Lamar (Cindy Hasty) Lambert and Gary Brian (Amy) Lambert, grandchildren; Patrick and Nikkalus Lambert, and Brandon Wolfe, great grandchildren; Finleigh and Henry Lambert.

A celebration of Life Service will be conducted in the chapel of Owen Funeral Home Saturday, November 23 at twelve o'clock in the afternoon. Interment will follow the service at Oakhill Cemetery, Cartersville.

The family will receive friends at Owen Funeral Home, Friday, November 22, 2019 from six o'clock in the evening until eight.
