Annie Viola Gibbs Syphert, 97, of Fuquay Varina, NC, formerly of Cave City, AR, passed away January 22, 2014 at Oak Hill Living Center in Angier, NC. She was born October 13, 1916 in Eckley, OR, to Thomas and Darcas Counts Gibbs.
She is survived by her son, Russell A. Syphert; 4 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles William (Bill) Syphert.
