Elizabeth is survived by one brother, Charles Sugg of Goldsboro, NC, sisters, Marion Minshew of Eureka, NC, Sally Melina of Winston-Salem, NC; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Rowell.
A funeral service will be held at 3:00 PM, Sunday, October 10, 2010 at Ephesus Baptist Church. Burial will follow at Raleigh Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
