Thomas was a hard worker, volunteering as a fireman for 22 years while also making a living as a dairy farmer and working with heavy machinery in construction grading. In his spare time he enjoyed riding his 4 wheeler on the farm, watching westerns and spending time with his grandchildren.
Thomas is survived by his son, Jay Harward and his wife, Jamie; grandchildren, Jax and Jena Harward. A celebration of life will be held Saturday, February 18, 2017 at 2:00pm at the home of Jay and Jamie Harward.
