Maria Clarke

Kelly Maria Clarke passed away on February 14th, 2024 in her home. She was born in Wake County on March 4th, 1962 to Kelly Crump and Patsy Pearson Crump. After Maria graduated from high school in 1981, she went on to raise a loving family and work in the home health care industry. Maria was a beloved member of the Swift Creek Community for the majority of her life.

Maria was preceded in death by her father, Kelly Raygene Crump, her mother, Patsy Pearson Crump, and her brother Kevin Raygene Crump. She is survived by her husband, Daniel Clarke, her daughter, Rebecca Phillips, her sons Grey Johnson and Benjamin Meadows. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Timothy Phillips, Jordan Walton, Remus Phillips, and Hunter Chewning. In addition to her biological family, she is survived by many that were her chosen family such as Lewis Johnson, Cathy Johnson, Cassie Martin, Izzy Martin, and many others.

A Memorial Service on Sunday, February 25, 2024 at 2:00 pm in the Chapel of Brown-Wynne Funeral Home in Cary, with family to receive friends following. (A recording of the service is available for viewing at https://youtu.be/Dlsc3NQBrdQ?si=dlC1acEPlrurEWW9)
