DeeDee used to take me ice skating when I was a kid. I loved our talks and the ride together into the mountains. Years later while in HS I moved in with your family. Your mom was always willing to talk about anything with me or offer advice during difficult times. My heart broke when I heard of her passing. 

I still remember the times when I would come over to hang out as a kid. Dee Dee was always there watching over us, giving us snacks, or taking us to the sledding hill. 

My heart is very saddened for the loss to DeeDee’s family, loved ones and friends.
My heart is with you.  I lost my only sister, my best friend in life, three years ago.
As a great sister, i know your pain and grief.

I remember Dee Dee from Mt Holly . She was as sweet and lovely as anyone could be. My condolences to the family.



Dee Dee was a beautiful and sweet lady. Her and I shared many laughs and good times together and I’m so thankful I got to know her. We met each other through our boys when they became best friends at a very young age. There were many trips amongst us driving the boys over each others house for sleep overs, play dates, and birthday parties. She told me her son asked if he could marry my son one time when he was around 7 yrs old, and she just thought it was the cutest and funniest thing ever. She invited me to Halloween block parties, we went on a trip to the cabin and talked the night away. She was always so hospitable and giving. She absolutely adored her children and was all about family.  She was an overall genuine and loving gal, absolutely beautiful inside and out. I always loved her little grunt type laugh, it always made me smile. You’ve earned your wings Dee Dee, you have certainly earned your wings......you will be missed❤️❤️❤️

One of my first, if not my first, lobster dinners was with Aunt DD. When I was in CO for work, she came and picked me up and took me to a town in the middle of the rocky's made up of a bunch of casinos. We went and tried our luck and ended up winning some money. Aunt DD was craving lobster so we had ourselves a lobster dinner at one of the eateries in town to celebrate our day together! I think she might have even said it was one of the better lobsters she's ever had. I'm so happy to have spent time with Aunt DD while being in town! Sending prayers to the family in this sad time. 💔

Dee Dee remains in my mind a beautiful person inside and out. Many years since we have seen each other but if we did it would be like no time passed. My condolences to the whole Kieft & Reese Family. Rest in peace my friend.

My favorite memories that I will always cherish were when I used to hang out with Liam , Charlie, and Maura after school. I say this because the one of the biggest spotlights of those memories was Dierdre (DeeDee as she as lovingly called). She would always treat me as if I was always a new guest in her house. She was like a second mother to me, always asking me how everything is going and always listened. DeeDee was just one of those people that knew how to put a smile on your face.  She was an amazing mother to all of us. We love you DeeDee! I can only hope you'd still be proud of all of us from up there! 

Dee Dee was always so generous. I remember one early hockey morning I dropped my coffee in the stands - and if you know me, you know I NEED my coffee!! Not only did she run to get me paper towels and help me clean up- but she went downstairs and bought me a new coffee. How she knew I how I drank my coffee I’ll never know, but that morning she reminded me that we all take care of each other. HockeyFamilyForever! 

I have so many memories of DeeDee over the years - so many hockey games watched together, hockey trips with Taylor and Maura and even the joint graduation party Maura and Taylor shared. I remember her helping me put out posters for the Irish Festival one summer. I remember many talks before and after hockey games and just how very proud she was of all her kids. Rest in Peace fellow hockey mom.
