Eugene Thomas Reczek, age 84, of Castle Rock, Colorado passed away on Friday, June 6, 2025. Eugene was born in Chicago, Illinois, the son of Walter and Josephine (Mikrut) Reczek. Eugene is survived by his son Thomas, daughter Holly and their loving families.
Eugene served a brief period in the United States Army before returning home to tend to his family. Eugene was an active member of the Catholic Church and was a Fourth Degree Knight of Columbus member.
A rosary for Eugene will be held Saturday, June 28, 2025 at 10:30 AM at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, 2746 Fifth St, Castle Rock, Colorado 80104, followed by a memorial mass at 11:00 AM.
In lieu of flowers, a donation box will be at his service to receive contributions for a large donation to be made in Eugene's memory to his favorite charity.
