I just wanted to say that this will be the 3rd year without my uncle and he is watching all over us. Louise is asking where Jassen is and I say that he is on vacation and work has been hard. I love you my uncle and I miss you

I miss my uncle and I will pray for him and hopefully I will see him in heaven because he had a joyful soul and I want everyone to remember like a brother or a sister but also a friend and a parthner

Seems like just yesterday we were celebrating Jassen's life. We miss you Jassen. We love you.

Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to get to know you. I will treasure all the memories, and good times. You will be forever missed. 

Jassen was a loyal and kind soul, quickly willing to sacrifice himself for another's benefit. He was well-liked among his work peers. I'm grateful to have known him. To his family: Please accept my sincere condolences for your tragic loss!

While it may not be the best photo, and things didn’t end how anyone would have ever expected. 
I am deeply saddened for the family and all those closest to Jassen. 
I will forever picture him as this goofy guy who made so many situations funny and enjoyable. I truly hope everyone finds peace and comfort. 

My brother had the warmest smile. He loved his nieces to pieces.  He will be missed. 

I remember Jassen as an infant in 1983. He was a joy. A gift. A blessing. As he grew, he became tall and handsome. We were happy to have seen  him over the years in Connecticut and Colorado. He liked to go fishing; so he fished with Tom’s friend, Rich, and with Malcolm’s mom, June, among others. He came to Mystic, CT to visit. We are so thankful for the times we had with him in Connecticut and Colorado. He will forever be in our hearts and minds. Peace and prayers to all who knew Jassen. He will be dearly missed.
