Had the many pleasures of serving alongside of Ray in welcoming new guests to Canyons Church to view his sincerity and great heart in truly connecting like a longtime friend with a total stranger.  
Would be remiss Judy if I did not give tribute to you, as well, for the many years of being the "welcoming smile" for members and guest alike.  It would be great to hear you share how the Lord answered your prayers to have Ray join you in worshiping Christ regularly.

Ray my friend u left without saying good bye.. I will always remember the friendship we have shared since 1977 when we first met.. Since then we have shared many a laugh and a camaraderie until the recent past.. Sorry I got busy with life and neglected staying in touch..

I will miss the spontaneity and the ever present smile that engendered a warm friendship.. Rest well my friend .. We will miss you!!

God blessed me with Ray's friendship!  I will always cherish the time Rich and I were able to spend with him.  Ray's love for God and life were contagious!  I will miss Ray dearly, but I know that God has His arms around him saying "Job Well Done Ray"!

Ray will be missed dearly.  He always had a smile on his face and a positive comment.  God did really well when he made Ray.

Ray was a very generous person. I'll always be grateful for him teaching me the insurance industry, he encouraged me and had the confidence in me to keep learning. My prayers for the family. Rest peacefully my friend.
