James William Henry. He died at the young age of 56 on April 22nd, 2022 in Castle Rock,
Colorado. Because of Todd’s charismatic personality and sense of humor he not only flourished
in the Sales industry but in life. For the majority of his life, Todd resided in his favorite place
Colorado. Whenever “Take Me Home Country Roads” by John Denver came on the radio, he
turned the volume up and sang loudly changing the lyrics from West Virginia to Colorado. He
spent many years in Arizona as well as raising his family. He claimed to hold the bench press
record at Evergreen High School and was an all-star in Baseball, Football, and Wrestling. He
continued his passion for sports by coaching little league Baseball teams and taking his daughters
to sporting events. Because of his daughters’ involvement with the sport of horseback riding, he
even became the best horse show, Dad. Minutes after his daughters were born, he could be heard
singing the Notre Dame fight song to them and was caught dressing them in matching Notre
Dame onesies.
He persuaded and supported those he loved to follow their dreams and passions even if it wasn’t
the easiest or most traditional path. Todd loved to try new recipes in the kitchen and took his
inspiration from watching Bobby Flay, Guy Fieri, and the like. He liked to share his life
experiences with exuberant storytelling.
Todd is survived by his daughters Alexis, Kaitlyn, and Morgan Henry, his mother Jona Wolf
Henry, girlfriend Laura Schaefer, his extended family, and close friends. He is predeceased by his
Father and role model James William Henry.
Funeral Home is Olinger Andrews Caldwell Gibson Chapel.
Our family would like to express our gratitude to those who have supported us through this
difficult time. If you happen to find yourself in Colorado take in the beauty of the Rocky
Mountains in remembrance of Todd. Todd will be deeply missed by all
