On July 7, 2022; ANNA MARIE TOPPER (nee Vinci); beloved wife of the late Joseph R. Topper, Sr.; loving mother of Joseph R. Topper, Jr., William Topper and wife Susan, Stephen Topper and wife Lydia; cherished Nana of Kristen Sweeney, Devin Topper, Alisa Topper, Melissa Suter, Eric Topper, Kelly Topper, Andrew Topper, and Emma Topper; devoted great Nana of Vivian Sweeney, Jessie Suter, Neo Suter, and Reese Topper. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Thomas and Vincent Vinci.
Family will receive friends on Wednesday, July 13 from 5-8PM at the STERLING-ASHTON-SCHWAB-WITZKE FUNERAL HOME OF CATONSVILLE, INC., 1630 Edmondson Avenue, Catonsville, MD 21228. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10AM, Thursday, July 14 at St. Agnes Catholic Church, 5422 Old Frederick Rd, Baltimore, MD 21229. Interment in New Cathedral Cemetery.
