On February 10, 2023; BETTY LEE S. GOOSMAN (nee Scheffel) passed away. She is the beloved wife of the late Alvin C. Goosman; loving mother of Carol Ann Goosman (Jose Algarra); cherished grandmother of Cristina Algarra (Sergio Miravalls), Victoria Algarra, and Patricia Algarra; devoted great grandmother of Daniela Miravalls-Algarra; dear sister of Verna Ann Scheffel and the late Esther Scheffel.
Family will receive friends on Thursday, February 16 from 5-9PM at the STERLING-ASHTON-SCHWAB-WITZKE FUNERAL HOME OF CATONSVILLE, INC., 1630 Edmondson Avenue, Catonsville, MD 21228. A funeral service will be celebrated 10:30AM, Friday, February 17 at St. John’s Grace United Church of Christ, 1000 S. Rolling Road, Catonsville, MD 21228. Interment in Loudon Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to St. John’s Grace UCC Sunday School at the above address.
