Billie Jean Taylor, born on November 29, 1946, in Virginia, passed away on December 2, 2025, at the age of 79.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Our Lady of the Angels Catholic Church, located at 711 Maiden Choice Ln, Catonsville, MD, 21228, on December 10, 2025, starting at 1:00 pm.

Interment to follow at Woodlawn Cemetery & Chapel, Woodlawn Cemetery, Baltimore, MD, 21207.
