Louise is the beloved wife of Richard Milford Phillips; loving mother of Daniel Richard Phillips and his wife Therese, and Douglas Victor Phillips; devoted grandmother of Jessica Nicole Mennerick and Harley Elizabeth Phillips. She is also survived by many other loving family and friends.
A graveside service for Louise will be held 11:30AM, Thursday, September 14, 2023 at Meadowridge Memorial Park, 7250 Washington Blvd, Elkridge, MD 21075. For those attending, please meet at the cemetery office at 11:15AM.
