Ralph Foster Baker was the loving husband of Alice L. Baker and the late Betty Robinson Baker. He was the devoted father of Linda Diane Baker Leepa, married to Robert Charles Leepa, and David Ralph Baker, married to Mary Ellen Baker. He was also the loving brother of Gordon Baker and the cherished grandfather of Morgan V. Leepa and Jennifer Baker Althouse.
Family will receive friends at Sterling Ashton Schwab Witzke Funeral Home of Catonsville, Inc., Catonsville, MD 21228 on Friday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9pm. Services will be held at Bishop Cummins Reformed Episcopal Church, 2001 Frederick Rd, Catonsville, MD 21228 on Saturday at 10am. Interment Meadowridge Memorial Park.
