Beverly Jean Fiorella was born on October 29, 1930 to Agnes Kurz Fiorella and Gabriel Fiorella in Owensboro, KY. She graduated from Webster College (University) with a Bachelor of Science, and Central Michigan University with a Masters of Science. She also did graduate work at the University of Kansas and the University of Chicago.
She is a retired Professor of Laboratory Sciences at the University of Illinois School of Associated Medical Sciences. She has served as an officer in National and Local Chicago professional societies.
She was a member of Pax Christi Catholic Church.
Beverly Fiorella is survived by sisters Peggy of Dayton, OH, Mary Michael Hayden of Owensboro, KY, and Margie Collignon of Centennial, CO; brother in law Lou Collignon; 21 nieces and nephews, 21 great nieces and nephews and 13 great-great nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at Pax Christi Catholic Church Thursday May 19, 2011 at Ten in the morning.
