David is survived by his loving wife, Lila, his children; Karen Golab, Susan Maksym, Lisa Dudenhoefer, and Timothy Dudenhoefer, his step-children; Margaret Beeler, Candis Kloverstrom, Stephan Faust, Patricia Faust, one brother, John Dudenhoefer and Numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and one great, great granddaughter. He is preceded in death by his son Matthew Dudenhoefer, his brother Thomas Dudenhoefer, and his step-daughter Judith Welch.
