Eileen Dowling

A visitation and rosary will be held on Thursday Oct. 19th from 6-8 with the rosary starting at 7:00 at Olinger Chapel Hill Mortuary 6601 S Colorado Blvd. A mass of Christian burial will be held Friday October 20th at 10:30 at St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church: 6673 W. Chatfield Ave. Littleton. Eileen will be laid to rest at Fort Logan National Cemetery in Denver following the mass and a short reception. Please join us in celebrating her life.

Eileen was a wonderful wife, mother, Grandma, sister and friend. She is preceded in death by her dear husband Bud, her brother and a sister, along with all of her Dowling brother and sister-in-laws, she was truly the last of our families Greatest Generation.

Eileen will be profoundly missed by her four sons: Mike, Bob, Jim and Ron Dowling, her daughters: Kay Searcy and Teri Lehto. Along with their spouses, her 16 grandchildren and her soon to be 12 great grandchildren. As well as by her sister Dee and all her other family and friends. Eileen was an amazing woman that loved life and lived it to the fullest for as long as she could. She loved her Catholic faith and had a true devotion to the Blessed Mother. Above all though she loved being a wife and mother. She loved us all so completely and we all loved her so much. We will miss her more than imaginable and cherish her memory forever.
