Glenda Mae House was born to Lois and Lonnie House on November 6, 1937 in Detroit, Michigan. She married the love of her life, Wendell Ray Jamison Jr. on February 2, 1956. Together, the two built a life they loved, complete with three children and numerous grandchildren. Along with being a loving and hardworking mother, Glenda held numerous jobs over the years including her tremendous contributions while working with Champion Enterprises for 15 years. Glenda was preceded in death by her husband, Wendell; her parents, Lois and Lonnie House; and 5 brothers and sisters. She will be dearly missed by her children, Lurlene Ruth, (Larry) Wilson, Lonnie Ray Jamison, and Bryan Curtis,(Tammra) Jamison; her grandchildren, Mindy Renee Davis, Jamie Rae Steele, Tara Lynn Wilson, Jason Albert Wilson, Mindy Ann Singleton, Curtis Ray Jamison, Amanda Elaine Larue, Julee Ann Sutera, and Alicia Diane Jamison; her great grandchildren, Aaron Davis, Stormy Steele, Jace Steele, Hayden Steele, Zoee Sutera, Malakai Charity, Valeree Sutera, Jamison Larue, and Trinadee Sutera; and 2 great-great grandchildren, Jaxson and Justin Steele.
Visitation for Glenda will take place on Friday, January 8, 2021 from 11am until the time of the service at 12pm at Olinger Chapel Hill Mortuary (6601 S. Colorado Blvd., Centennial, CO 80121). Burial will take place following the services at Olinger Chapel Hill Cemetery.
The family would like to extend sincere gratitude to the ICU staff at Skyridge Medical Center and a special thank you to Erica Davis and Kevin Ky for taking care of Glenda during her final days. Donations in Glenda’s name can be made to the American Cancer Society.
